Examination Rules

Students must arrive on time, bring necessary materials, and follow all rules during exams, like staying silent and not cheating. Missed exams can only be retaken with a valid reason and must be done within 7 days. Results will be shared within two weeks, and parents will be notified.

Exam Eligibility Criteria
Students need to attend at least 75% of their classes during the term to be allowed to take exams. If a student has missed more classes, they can only take the exams if they get special permission from the principal and have a good reason, like a medical emergency.

Exam Schedule and Announcements
The exam schedule will be given out two weeks before exams start, and it will be posted on the school notice board, online portal, and sent to parents. If there are any changes to the schedule, like because of bad weather, the school will let everyone know right away.

Examination Rules and Regulations
Students must bring their admit card, school ID, and all the stationery they need for the exam. They can't borrow anything from others during the exam. Students should sit in their assigned seats and follow the seating plan. It's important to stay silent during the exam-no talking or gestures. Phones, smartwatches, calculators (unless allowed), and any other electronic devices are not allowed in the exam room.
Examination Attendance Policy
Students must arrive at school 30 minutes before the exam starts. If they arrive late, they can't enter the exam hall after the first 15 minutes unless they have a good reason. If a student misses an exam, it will only be excused for valid reasons, like a medical emergency, with a doctor's note. There will be no make-up exams for students who miss the exam without telling the school or giving a valid reason.

Answer Sheet Submission Guidelines
Students must write their name, roll number, and any other required details on the answer sheet before starting the exam. When the exam is over, they must give their answer sheets to the invigilator. Leaving the exam hall early or without permission is not allowed.

Maintaining Academic Honesty
Cheating, copying, or using unfair methods during the exam is a serious rule violation. If a student is caught, their paper will be taken, and they will get a zero for that subject. Depending on how serious the situation is, they could face suspension or even expulsion. If someone helps others cheat, they will also face strict punishment. Invigilators will randomly check to make sure no unauthorized materials are brought into the exam hall.
Procedure for Rechecking Exam Papers
Rechecks or re-examinations will only be allowed for students who missed the exam for valid reasons, like being sick or taking part in approved school activities. Whether a retest is allowed will be decided by the school. If granted, the retest must be taken within 7 days of the original exam date.
Announcement of Exam Results
Exam results will be announced within two weeks after the last exam. Parents will be informed about when to collect the results or attend report card distribution events. The marks and grades will also be available on the school's online portal for parents to view.
